Flight simulators
Professional.
Built for those who
truly fly.

Daricode designs and builds advanced motion simulators for flight schools, aeronautical institutes, companies, and enthusiasts. Every technical detail is crafted with a single goal: reproducing flight as faithfully as possible.

About us

Daricode was born in the province of Lecco, from the union of experience in industrial automation, mechatronic design, and a passion for flight.

We design and build flight simulators with a precise goal: transforming a mechanical, electronic, and software structure into a credible, immersive, and technically coherent piloting experience.

Every Daricode simulator is developed as an integrated system: motion platform, cockpit, flight controls, avionics, software, visual, and control logic work together to give the pilot sensations, responses, and procedures as close to the real experience as possible.

We do not adopt generic solutions or components chosen as a compromise. Each project is studied, built, and calibrated according to its intended use: training, education, familiarization, professional simulation, or special applications.

Our strength is the direct control of the entire process: from the initial idea to design, from construction to installation, up to commissioning and system evolution over time.

Daricode builds simulators for those looking for a serious tool, built with technical competence, attention to detail, and a clear vision: making the difference felt by whoever sits at the controls.

Our simulators

We build three simulators, designed for different needs but built to the same quality standard.

DARI-M1
6DOF · Full Motion

DARI-M1

The DARI-M1 is the first full motion simulator developed by Daricode and represents a fundamental milestone in the growth of our technology.

Born from the integration of industrial automation, mechanics, software and flight simulation, the DARI-M1 allowed Daricode to consolidate direct expertise in the design of motion platforms, interactive cockpits and control systems dedicated to simulation.

The six-degree-of-freedom platform, the cockpit with dual controls, the panoramic visual and the internally developed management software work together to offer a dynamic and engaging experience, designed for familiarization, flight orientation and educational activities.

Installed at the Istituto Aeronautico Locatelli in Bergamo, the DARI-M1 demonstrates Daricode's ability to transform a complex project into a functioning, integrated system usable in a real context.

KM25
6DOF · 200° × 50°

KM25

The KM25 represents the evolution of Daricode technology applied to professional flight simulation.

Designed as a generic motion simulator for single-engine and twin-engine aircraft, the KM25 was born to offer an immersive, flexible and technically advanced training environment. Its architecture allows working on VFR and IFR procedures, glass cockpit familiarization, scenario management, dynamic training and educational activities adaptable to different operational profiles.

Unlike a simple static cockpit, the KM25 integrates a 6DOF motion platform, 200° × 50° panoramic visual, active feedback flight controls, motorized trim, Daricode-developed avionics and a dedicated instructor station. Every element is designed to work in a coordinated way, giving the pilot a coherent response between controls, visual, avionics and motion.

The KM25 was developed as a scalable platform: it can be configured according to intended use, the required level of realism and any future evolutions towards certification paths or more advanced training applications.

It is the simulator with which Daricode brings its experience towards a more complete, modular solution oriented to the aeronautical training market.

Key features

DARI-M2 SIM

The DARI-M2 SIM is the Daricode simulator designed for more compact environments such as offices, schools, aeronautical institutes, demo rooms and advanced simulation stations.

It is a modular, transportable and customizable solution, designed to offer an immersive flight experience even where a full motion platform is not required. The structure integrates pilot station, visual, touch avionics and flight controls in a neat, robust and easily installable system.

The DARI-M2 SIM can be configured according to intended use, from introductory training to avionics familiarization, up to educational and demonstration applications. On request, it can also be equipped with control loading systems on the controls, to increase the realism of the response and the quality of the piloting experience.

Key features

Compact simulator for home, office and training environments
Modular and easily relocatable structure
Customizable layout and colors
Integrated touch avionics
Compatible with main simulation software
Configurable visual with flat or curved monitor
Ergonomic pilot station with adjustable seat
Control loading available on request
Suitable for schools, institutes, demonstrations and flight familiarization

Why choose Daricode

A flight simulator is not just a cockpit, a visual or a moving platform. It is a complex system, where mechanics, electronics, software, automation and pilot perception must work together consistently.

Industrial competence applied to simulation

Our experience in industrial automation allows us to design simulators with a solid, controlled and professional approach. We use electrical architectures, control logic, supervision systems and components normally employed in the industrial field, adapting them to the specific needs of flight simulation. This means greater control over the system, greater reliability and more precise management of motion, controls, safety and diagnostics.

Systems developed as a single platform

Each Daricode simulator is designed as an integrated system. Motion, cockpit, flight controls, visual, avionics, software and instructor station are not separate elements assembled together, but parts of a single architecture. The goal is to obtain a coherent response between what the pilot sees, what they command and what they physically perceive during the session.

Functional realism, not just aesthetic

For us, realism is not just about the appearance of the cockpit. It is above all how the simulator responds: the behavior of the controls, the dynamics of the platform, the continuity between visual and motion, the management of scenarios and the ability to create repeatable and controlled flight conditions. A good simulator must be credible in use, not just impressive to observe.

Direct design and process control

Daricode directly follows the main phases of the project: analysis, design, construction, integration, installation, calibration and commissioning. This direct control allows us to adapt each system to the intended use, intervene quickly on customer needs and develop solutions that are truly consistent with the training, demonstration or professional objectives of the simulator.

Safety and motion management

The presence of motion platforms and active controls requires particular attention to safety. Our systems are designed with control logic, supervision, operational limits, alarm management and usage procedures designed to protect people, machinery and the surrounding environment. Motion must be realistic, but always controlled.

Technology that can evolve

Daricode simulators are designed to grow over time. The modular architecture allows updating software, scenarios, avionics, motion logic, instructor functions and operational configurations based on the evolution of the project and customer needs.

Choosing Daricode means choosing a technical partner capable of building, integrating and evolving complex simulation systems, with a concrete and results-oriented approach.
